Refund policy

Shipping

All orders will ship out from our Idaho studio within 3-5 business days. 

For international shipping, some countries and regions may require you to pay additional Customs/Duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

Refunds

We want you to love your new items, which is why we offer returns, provided that:

- Returns are postmarked within 30 days of original delivery.

- The item is in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, not stained, and in the original packaging with all original tags.

- The item was not purchased as a final sale item (listed on the product page at time of purchase).

If your order isn't exactly what you hoped for, simply email returns@sunfreckledstudio.com We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. You’ll be notified once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
