Refund policy

Shipping

All orders will ship out from our Idaho studio within 3-5 business days. 

For international shipping, some countries and regions may require you to pay additional Customs/Duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

Refunds

We want you to love your new items, which is why we offer returns, provided that:

- Returns are postmarked within 30 days of original delivery.

- The item is in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all original tags.

- The item was not purchased as a final sale item (listed on the product page at time of purchase).

If your order isn't exactly what you hoped for, please click here to submit your return or refund request. We’ll review your request and provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package back. You’ll be notified once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within one hour of placing your order. To request an order cancellation, please click here. Please note that cancellation requests submitted after the one-hour window may not be accommodated if your order has already been processed or shipped.
